Research on Influence of Knowledge Stickiness to Intellectual Property Risk and Knowledge Protection
Intellectual property risk has become the most important one of the three risks the corporations faces in knowledge-based alliance. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influence of knowledge stickiness, intellectual property risk to knowledge protection and innovative performance through 243 questionnaires with SEM, the main contributions can be summarized as follows: firstly, the two side effects should be brought by the stickiness that knowledge has in the process of cooperative R&D; Secondly, intellectual property risk caused by partners opportunistic behavior will hinder innovation outcome, finally inducing the failure of cooperation; thirdly, consciousness of knowledge protection should be improved in R&D, the damage induced by intellectual property risk will be reduced through legal contract and the regulation of cooperative behavior, and the orientation of further research is also proposed.
