Study on High-level University and High-quality Talent Management
Based on the close relationship between the development of universities and the prosperity of our country, this paper demonstrates the relationship between high-level universities and first-class talent teams, discussing basic quality demands for talents and the ways to improve the overall quality of talent teams. It draws the conclusion that High-quality talents are essential for high-level universit ies and proposes measures to improve the management of talents in top universities.
