The Demand for Education and Training for Irregularly-employed Labor Based on Manpower Capital Investment Efficiency

摘要：

Based on theoretical and practical analysis, the art icle holds that irregularly -employed labor force has different classes of desires for education and training and substitutions among the classes, and then comes up with a correspondent demand function. It also says that we should start with the characteristics of the demands for the education and training of irregularly -employed labor, and design specifically different training models for groups of different demand classes so as to improve manpower capital investment efficiency.
