Research on Knowledge Transferring Oriented Total Motivation Management of Knowledge Employee
Under the knowledge economy and the speed economy, they have to make study and innovation. However, both of them are based on the knowledge transferring. Based on the reality, the paper firstly illustrated the objects and subjects of the knowledge transferring. Secondly, the paper analyzed the process of the knowledge transferring. Thirdly, the paper indicated the obstacles of the knowledge transferring. Finally, the paper conceived the model of total motivation management of knowledge employee based on knowledge transferring and put forth the countermeasures.
