Perspective of the Innovation of Business Model Based on CESS Value Creation Model:A Case Study of YouCan
Innovation of business model has been the practical requirement of increasingly competitive market environment on enterprises. The perspective of value creation is the core perspective of innovation of business model. In this paper, we start with the study of value creation, and bring forward the CESS value creation model. Afterwards, we take YouCan for an example, use CESS model to analyze connotation of its business model and list key factors that make contributions to its success, which can make sense to other enterprises that are in such dilemma and are in search of solutions.
