Study on Management Mode of Chinese Internet Academic Journals

摘要：

This paper takes three typical internet academic journals (IAJ), which are China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chongqing VIP Information Co., Ltd. (VIP) and Beijing Wanfang Data Co., Ltd. (WFD), as subjects to discuss the problem of mechanism innovation based on digital publishing in Chinas science information communication system. After introducing main Internet environment, comparing and explaining the basic characteristics and typical publishing and operation mode of the above IAJs, this paper analyzes problems in repeated contents, paper selling and buying and illegal journals, standard construction, copyright and benefits distribution. By learning from the achievements of research and practices on open access, a new benefit distribut ion and copyright management mode based on the third-party agency (TPA) is proposed, and the future operation mode of IAJs is discussed from the view of innovative scientific research service and innovative issue platform construction.
