Analysis on Issue between Energy Security and Future Economy

摘要：

Because of the energy shortage, especially the petroleum shortage, energy policy became an important part of the political, economic and diplomatic policies in every country. Energy drives economy, and constrains scale and speed of economy. Energy security is critical to future economy. Establishing the energy strategy, taking the effect ive measures and decreasing the restriction from energy shortage may lead to the persistent economic growth. To improve the environment of energy, to create mult ichannel for importing petroleum, to distinguishingly restrict industry development that consumes excessive quantities of energy and resources and to promote the development of new energy economics should be our current acceptable strategic countermeasures.
