Study on Talent Quality Evaluation Based on Factor Analysis Method
In the process of the talent quality evaluation, a number of indicators are usually applied for analysis. But the indicators normally have certain relevance. How to use fewer indicators to reflect the fundamental of all the original information is the main point. This paper begins with the basic principles and models of the talent quality evaluation, and proposes the idea of using the factor analysis method in the corporate human resources evaluation to reduce of the negative impact from the related indicators.
