Supply Structure Optimization from the Perspective of Supply Risk: Model and Simulation
Essentially, the optimization of supply structure can be perceived as how to det ermine the optimal supplier quantity. Accordingly, in this paper, on the basis of the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the supplier quantity and the supply risk as well as the total purchase cost, the total purchase cost is subdivided into price cost, transaction cost and risk cost, and an optimization model of supply structure from the perspective of supply risk under the principle of minimal total purchase cost is established, and how the related factors affect the optimal supplier quantity is analyzed through resolving and simulat ing the model, and then a method of determining the optimal supplier quantity is obtained.
