Discussion on the Cultural Environment of Scientific System and its Value to the Development of Science

摘要：

The cultural environment system for science and technology development is composed of the interrelationships and interactions during humanities development status, national cultural tradition, social values and the humanities equipment of scientific workers. They interrelate, interact and constitute a whole entity, namely the cultural environment system for the development of science and technology. Its value to scientific development is embodied in three aspects such as the basic role of material culture, the carrier role of organizational culture and the directional role of mental culture.
