On Strategic Transformation of Defense STILP

摘要：

In new period, the aim of restructuring Defense Science & Technology system is to build the defense S&T innovation system in the mode of military -c ivilian integration and combine military efforts with civilian support. The article puts forward an idea that defense Science & Technology Innovation Laboratories Platform (STILP) of China should be transformed in the pattern of combine military efforts with civilian support strategically. Then it discusses the strategic significance of the transformation in defense STILP; in the following the article analyses the existing conditions of restructuring; at last, we offer the countermeasures of strategic transformation. The article provides theoretic foundation for building defense foundation research base.
