Research on the Management System of the High-level Basketball Team in Chinese Universities

摘要：

The scientific management system is particularly important for basketball sports, which decides whether the basketball team can make success or not. This paper focus es on the main management factors of the high-level basketball team of Chinese universities, which can improve the level of basketball team, using the methods including literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview with experts etc. The results show that it is necessary to building management system for basketball team. At last, put forward corresponding countermeasure aimed the existing problems in the management system, in order to offer the theoretical foundation for perfecting the manag ement system of the high-level basketball team of Chinese universities.
