Innovation Network Model and Empirical Research Based on Network Capacity

The main task of the research is to study the relationship between network capacity, innovation network and innovation performance, as well as the formation and functional mechanism of network capacity. That is to study whether the internal elements of the enterprise will have any impacts on the innovation network and innovation performance by means of network capability during the enterprises establishing of innovation network. The research applies structural equation modeling technique to conduct a cross -validation analysis on the relationship between resource elements, learning ability, network capacity, innovation network and innovation performance. It turns out that the internal resource of the enterprise has a positive impact on network capacity, network innovation and innovation performance, while the learning ability has little impact on network capacity, innovation network and innovation performance; network capacity performs an intermediation impact on relationship between internal resource elements, learning ability and network innovation; by means of network capacity internal resource elements and learning ability jointly have impacts on innovation network and innovation performance while internal resource elements and learning ability are the source of the formation of network capacity.
