System Construction and Performance Evaluation of Service Innovation through Value Chain Theory

摘要：

Developed service industry is a symbol of economic prosperity in a region, while inno vation is a necessary means to enhance services competitiveness. Based on the value chain theory, service profit chain theory and knowledge value chain theory, this paper explains the concept and features of service innovation, according to service enterprise resources constitutes service innovation system of service enterprise, then analyzes and puts forward proposals the specific measures for the service innovation strategy, and finally takes a performance evaluation of service innovation.
