The Impact of Psychological Rehabilitation on the Patients with Work-related Brain Trauma
Objective:This paper aims at exploring the impact of psychological rehabilitation on the recovery of patients with work-related trauma. Methods: The trial group receive both physical and psychological rehabilitation treatment, and the control group only receive physical rehabilitation treatment Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Fugal-Meyer motion function scale, and the activit ies of daily living scale are employed in measuring the impact of psychological rehabilitation on the patients with work-related Brain Trauma in terms of recovery and the ability to reintegrate into the society. Results: The results are as follows: 1 measured by HAMD, patients in two groups show no evident difference after one-month treatment, and very significant difference (P<0.05) after three-month treatment and significant difference after six-month treatment (p<0.01). 2. Measured by Fugl-Meyer FMA, the patients show relatively significant diffe rence after being treated for one month and after being treated for three months (P<0.05). After six-month treatment the trial group and the control group show very significant difference (P<0.01). 3. Measured by Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL), the trial group shows great difference from the control group after 1-month, 3-month and six-month treatment in terms of MBI (P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the analysis, this paper comes to the conclusion that psychological rehabilitation plays an important role in helping the patients to get rid of psychological problems, to relieve emotional disorders and to build self-confidence. In turn the patients will be encouraged to coordinate with the doctors in the treatment and to have better ability in reintegrating into the society.
