The Industry Decision-making of Enterprise Investment Range Ezpansion

摘要：

During the course of range expansion, the industry decision-making is related to the efficiency and the growth even the existence of enterprise. This artic les put forward the industry attractiveness - enterprise capability and reciprocity - enterprise investment risk systematic analysis framework based on enterprise capability diversification investment and investment risk theory, and build up the evaluation system of the targeted industry, which based on a balance and evaluation of the above 3 factors. At last, this article established an industry decision-making model founded on the Analytic Hierarchy Process.
