The Interaction between Chinese Urbanization and Real Estate Industry
This paper combined the theory and empirical study to research the interaction between urbanization and real estate industry. It chose the dates from 1998 to 2007 according to the process Chinese urbanizat ion and real estate industry, utilized the least square method and constructed the model of the simple linear regression. It got the conclusions that urbanization and real estate industry present the positive correlation, Urbanizat ion influenced on real estate industry by the ways of speeding up increasing the efficient demand gross, rising the real estate price continuously, diversifying the demand structure of housing at least.
