Security Policies Based On Security Requirements Of City Emergency Management Information System Multi-layer Structure

摘要：

In this paper, the framework of city Emergency Management Information System is proposed from a technical point of view. Afterwards, we introduce the security layer division of city EMIS and analyze the security requirements of each layer. Finally, a set of targeted and effective policies are introduced under the guidance of security principles.
