Problems of University Based Computer Education

摘要：

It was known that quality of teaching need to be improved in university today,especially in computer education. In this article,three most serious problems of university based computer education will be discussed: lack of hardware resources,subject planning and the low level of computer education. Lots of work has been done to improve them,but no useful method was found. Maybe changing the governments Philosophy of runing university is the best way.
