Analysis and Processing of Penetration Acceleration Signal from Test base on Wavelet Analysis
The frequency components of projectiles penetration acceleration signal from the test of penetration are very abundant, and rapidly change with time, so penetration acceleration signal is a kind of typical Nonstationary Random Signal (NRS). Wavelet analysis is an effective time-frequency analysis method, it has multi-resolution analysis characteristic, especially fits for the analysis and processing of nonstationary random signal. This paper uses Matlabs wavelet analysis tools to decompose the penetration test signal in different frequency ranges and reduce the noise of signal. The final analysis results show that, wavelet analysis is a useful and effective analysis tool for penetration acceleration signal, and it is significant for engineering design and practice.
