Modeling of the Pneumatic Servo-system Based on LabVIEW
In this paper, a new modeling method for the pneumatic servo-systems based on the system identification theory is proposed. Utilizing the principal virtual instruments development platform-LabVIEW and data acquiring devices, one data acquiring and analysis system is designed and used for the identification of the pneumatic servo-systems. The system model, especially its transfer function, can be calculated and displayed quickly based on the acquired data. The working states of the pneumatic servo-system are also being monitored online. Meanwhile, the software structure of the system software is open and flexible to integrate other advanced system identification method, especially those intelligent methods.
