Testing Path Modeling and Auto Management for Current ATS
In order to solve the problem such as searching testing path, judging testing path conflict and managing testing path of switches during the course of programming TP (Test Program) of ATS (Automatic test system), this paper put forward a general utility switch resource model, presented a testing path search arithmetic based on state vector of the input line and switch resource model, and proved the feasibility of the testing path search arithmetic. The test path search arithmetic realized the automatic searching of optimum testing path and judging of testing path conflict, and isolated the fault of testing path, as a result, made TP be not related to the material path hardware and improved the general-utility and replantability of TP. This paper gave out the engineering realization for the testing path search arithmetic that can well adapt to the requirement for signal channel auto-switch under different test instance.
