摘要：

The status and trend of tank defend and anti-tank weapon have been analyzed in paper, then the idea that used anti-personnel fragmentary shell to anti tank has been put forward after its feasibility and advantage analyzed. The method that tests the power of fragment and shock wave has been set up at last.
