The integrated test system based on the modularized concept design

摘要：

The serial development of equipment provided the term for developing the equipments integrated and synthesized. The development of the modern test technical and the extensively use of the computer technology, in the area of test, established the foundation of developing a minimized and modularized test system. This text system adopts the concept of the development of modularization, to develop the all-service testing modules for the common function or the shared parts of the serial equipment. It also develops the special testing modules for the testing for the professional equipments. By composited applications, it can not only make a integration testing for the serial equipment, but also save the cost by the single type testing equipment.
