An Orthogonal Test Study on Growth Environmental Factors of Thiobacillus Ferroozidans in the Bio-SR Process
In this paper, the four influencing factors: the PH value, temperature, the initial concentration of Fe2+ and the initial concentration Fe3+ as well as the interaction between those factors on the growth of thiobacillus ferrooxidans have been inspected by the orthogonal test study. First of all, the orthogonal table L27(313) was set up, then 27 groups of experiments was carried out, and then the experiment data was analyzed using correlation analysis. The results showed that the interaction between temperature and PH value has a significantly affect on the growth of thiobacillus ferrooxidans, and the optimal environmental conditions of thiobacillus ferrooxidans growth and renewable are PH value of 2, temperature of 30 ℃, concentration of Fe2+ of 0.15mol / L, initial concentration of Fe3+ of 0.06mol / L.
