Measurement Method on Magnetic Field Intensity in P-MFCG
The shape of armature is a critical parameter for MFCG, which helped to decide the distribution and intensity of magnetic field in helix winding region. So it is important to measure the changing magnetic field. In this paper, after introducing the principle of MFCG and the measurement method of magnetic field, we designed a micro coil array which was set on the armature in a piston-type MFCG. Each absolute coil which works in a high load condition was parallel to the line of magnetic force so that the local variable magnetic flux will induce a precise voltage drop ε=d/dt∫, B·S· The voltage signals are collected by the Tek oscillograph to feed back the variation of magnetic induction intensity B nearby the armature. From the measurement results, we could design an optimum armature for MFCG.
