A Design of A Certain Type Missile-embedded Computer Automatic Test System

摘要：

An automatic test system is designed in this paper. Basing on the analysis of the tested parameters and the virtual instrument technology, this test system adopts the structure model of PC-DAQ. The software and hardware of the ATS has the characteristics of general-utility,portability and modularization. This ATS can measure the embedded computer conveniently, quickly and automatically. It can improve the military and economic benefits greatly.
