A method to measure the sensitivity of infrared detectors
When traditional methods are used to measure the sensitivity of infrared detectors of infrared detecting systems, the contradiction between the measurement accuracy and the measurement conditions are usually appeared. To solve the problem, this paper introduces a new method which is called the double optical paths replacement method. The method can effectively reduce the errors brought about by the turbulence of the infrared radiation and the spectro-ration of the spectro-system, and achieves much higher measurement accuracy under the same hardware conditions. And the spectro-system needed in the measurement is designed.
