Study on the Fault Test and Diagnosis Strategy to the Hydraulic System of Certain Engineering Equipment
The relationship of hydraulic faults in certain engineering equipment is studied. An integrated diagnosis method based on knowledge, mathematical model and signal processing is put forward. The general scheme of test and diagnosis for hydraulic system is given. And an corresponding model is build too. Taking a subsystem for example, the corresponding test flow chart and state vector is studied. The parameter test method based on state vector can be used in engineering equipment under field condition.
