Study on the Effectiveness Evaluation of SAM Troops Tactical Communication System

摘要：

In this paper, the problem of Effectiveness Evaluation of SAM troops tactical communication system is studied throughly. Using the method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation, the author establishes the evaluation guideline system about SAM troops tactical communication system. The research will provide theoretical basis and practical guide for the establishment and usage of SAM troops tactical communication system.
