Research on Technology of Tank Gun Technical Conditions Integrated Test System
This paper design and actualizes the technical conditions integrated test system of breechblock and recoil system in a certain tank based on Virtual Instrument technology. It gives the design thought of artificial recoiling integrated test device based on concurrent test method and firstly introduces and realizes the test of dynamic technical target during counter-recoil. The system consists of artillery activation platform, PXI main control platform, RS232 communication module and SCM module. The system software tests dynamic technical targets of tank weapon system, and estimates the condition and gives the correlative conclusion and maintenance advice according to the testing results, which uses DAQ technology, multithreading technology, SQL database technology and modularized program method.
