Research of Portfire Resistance Measurement Technique Based on Kelvin 4-wire Method

摘要：

This paper applies Kelvin 4-wire method to measure the resistance of the portfire. At the same time, employing the ratio method, the influence of fluctuation of driving source, the drift and noise of the amplifier to the measurement is erased. It is proved this plan is feasible, reaching the requirement.
