The Research of Effectiveness Evaluation of Launch Vehicle Test System

摘要：

Basic theories and methods of the effectiveness evaluation are analyzed and compared in this paper, by means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper offers an in-depth study on launch vehicle ground test system which adopts different kinds of test technology. By employing with multi-index compositive evaluation method based on hierarchy analytic theory, the effectiveness evaluation index system of test and launch ground test system is established. And this paper establishes the weight coefficient by adopting the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi technique calculates and analyses the effect of different test technologies on launch vehicle ground test system.
