Application of Combined Model for Fault Forecast of Large Caliber Gun
Fault forecast is one more effective maintenance and safeguard mode for large caliber gun. In this paper, the fault characteristics of large caliber gun are analyzed and a new combined model for fault forecast based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and MAS is put forward. Fuzzy inference describes the dynamic and fuzzy relationships among fault phenomena and causations by fuzzy relationship matrix and coefficient matrix in order to provide possible fault sets for MAS. MAS is established according to multi-layer hybrid decomposition strategy of diagnosis tasks and finishes the diagnosis tasks by Manage Agent, Diagnosis Agent and Decision Agent. Final fault forecast results will be provided by definite fault causations and components for preventive maintenance of large caliber gun.
