Design of a Function Test System for a Certain Controller
A function testing system for a certain controller is designed, including the power supply module, switch box, the simulative equipment of malfunction and state, order panel, order generators, state panel and state management PXI computer. The system can simulate other control system and generate control orders, after translated by the order generators, these orders will be transmitted to the controller. The system can receive and display the feedback information from the controller. At the same time, the system can also simulate all kinds of state parameters, including the temperature, the pressure, the on-off signals and so on. In addition, the system is also able to connect to the actual systems and components by the switch box. In this way it can achieve the switch between the states of reality and simulation. Then it can test and evaluate the controller by the two ways.
