The Application of FPGA in Automobile Wiring Harness Testing System

摘要：

Wiring harness is usually used to connect the various parts and transmit data signals. It is widely used in the mass production of the apparatus, equipments, automobiles and other products. The quality of wiring harness is crucial for the quality of the products. Current detection circuit of the test equipment uses discrete digital circuits to achieve. Its reliability is not good and can not meet the need of equipment upgrading. Now we use VHDL language and Quartus II software package to design the general scan detection circuit units of wiring harness tester in ALTERAs FPGA devices. It can be flexible to adapt the site requirements and has the characteristics of high reliability and high designing realization speed.
