A Study on Testing Inner Diameter of Small-CaliberPrecision Cylinder Based on Displacement Sensor
Based on the research in the testing characteristics and technical requirements on the inner diameter of the small caliber precision cylinder, this paper puts forward the intelligence testing plan and implementation measures based on the grating displacement sensor. By means of mechanical structure design and arithmetic study, radial displacement of the inner diameter testing could be accurately converted into axial displacement, which solves the problem that the radial displacement sensor could not be placed inside the small caliber cylinder in radial direction. Data acquisition and processing technology are applied to acquire the amount of change of the inner diameter for analysis. The testing software developed on the platform of LabWindows/CVI could realize the testing function for required instruments by applying softpanel technology, which means instrument module could be controlled in an interactive manner. It is proved through practice that this contact and intelligent inner caliber measurement system could be used to test the inner diameter of the small caliber precision cylinder effectively.
