Dynamic Reliability Analysis of Engine Crankshaft under Random Loads
In order to improve design level of engine, with 4102 diesel engine as an example, complicated shafting equivalent system is established and the random responses of the torsional vibration system were calculated by the pseudo-excitation method. On these basis, the dynamic reliability analysis of the crankshaft system was presented according to first excursion failure criterion. The simulation results indicate fire angle, intensity and transfer paths of excitations have effects on the dynamic reliability of the shafting.
