A Method to Measure Unbalanced Vibration Parameters for Some Twin-spool Aerogines
Under some working conditions for some twin-spool aeroengines, the aeroengine unbalanced vibration composed of high pressure rotor 1-order vibration and low pressure rotor 1-order vibration is of beat signal because the rotate speed difference between high pressure rotor and low pressure rotor is tiny. Its highly difficult to separate the two vibration components with each other in frequency domain because of the severe disturbance in frequency spectrum. This paper discusses a time domain analysis method to solve the problem. The principle to calculate the altitudes and phases of the two vibration components is put forward firstly. Then the method to match the altitude with proper rotor is discussed. At last the influence of sampling rate on precision of altitude and phase is discussed. Experimentation shows that the method can separate the two vibration components exactly.
