Analysis for Abnormal Vibration of Air Valve Gap
Both vibration signals of diesel cylinder head and pressure change of cylinder are important performance index to take working states. Experimental data was validly processed using this method by a fault diagnosis system comprising industrial control computer,data collection plate and software. Draw a conclusion that the acceleration signal of the diesel cylinder has different Euclidean distance for different air valve gap. And the different air valve gap means the corresponding fault state. So the Euclidean distance determines the fault state of the air valve.
