Integration Design of a Biochemical Analysis System Based on Integrated Low Voltage Electrophoresis Chip

We present here a biochemical analysis system based on integrated low-driving voltage chip of electrophoresis, emphasizing the system circuits integration design, together with some results of the application experiment. Two optimized detection methods are combined internally, reducing the volume to some extent. And high solution data acquisition module has been integrated into this instrument to convert the analog signal into digital data. Micro-controller is introduced to control the driving mode and data acquisition process, which can flexibly regulate the driving details on the chip, reliving electrophoresis chip of the constraint from regular high driving voltage and making the system much smaller. All of these considerations feature this analysis system miniaturization and portability. A mixed amino acid sample of lysine and phenylalanine is used to carry out an experiment of separation, which proves that the electrophoresis analysis system can achieve the desired purpose of effective separation and detection.
