The Digital Down Convert of Radar IF Echo Signal Based on GC4016
Based on GC4016, the digital down convert process of Radar IF echo signal is analyzed in detail. According to formula calculation, the sample clock frequency and the output band width can be ascertained by the Radar IF echo signal, then the Radar IF echo signal can be demodulated to zero-centered baseband signal. Sample program is designed to save the demodulated echo siganl data to computer via the PCI bus and solve the signal synchronization problem skillfully. And finally the sample data is analyzed expediently in the Matlab program. The experiment result shows this sample systems practicability, the systems application can provide basic data for the new type Radar simulators design.
