Forecasting of Military Air Equipment Spare-parts Demand by Improved Grey Markov Model
Military air equipment support task is very large at anytime and any where on wartime, the demand of air equipment support spare-parts is stochastic and uncertain. The improved grey system GM(1,1) and Markov model is studied based on its correspondingly theory, then, the comprehensive grey Markov model of military air equipment support spare-parts demand forecasting is constructed in the paper. A certain kind of helicopter equipment spare-parts demand in a period time is taken for an example to be forecasted according to this model, some good results are gained at last, which provide decision-making for helicopter equipment support departments.
