A Remainder Carrier Compensating Method Based on Least Square in CDMA2000 Reverse Link
In CDMA2000 mobile communication system, the base use the reverse link pilot channel to capture mobile, and do coherent demodulation. Because the baseband signal of reverse link contains remainder carrier brought in by frequency deviation between mobile and base, and mobile insert power control bit into reverse link. So the way of calculating the remainder carrier by pilot channel data in power control period become invalid. We propose a method to quickly estimate and compensate the remainder carrier based on least squares algorithm. This method establish canonical equation by MMSE, estimate the remainder carrier parameter in power control period according to historical data, calculate and compensate remainder carrier base on recursive algorithm. The calculate quantity of this method is little, and suit for DSP reality in multi-user receiver.
