The Construction and Numerical Analysis of a Sizth-Order HMM-ESD Circuit
Through analysis of the electrostatic discharge current waveform and the given parameters, considering the influence of distributed parameters, a sixth-order electro-static discharge circuit, which has more practical significance, was constructed. By applying Laplace transform, an analytical formula was acquired. According to the simulation on MatLab, all the parameters of the circuit were determined and the spectrum of discharge current was calculated. The results from numerical examples indicated that the analytical formula of the new circuit was not only corresponded well with the standard of IEC61000-4-2, but also reflected the situation of parasitic oscillation in order to make the similar waveform closer to the measured one.
