Simulation of phase retrieval algorithms for in-line phase contrast imaging

Phase retrieval is a classic physics problem, which is to use intensity distribution to retrieve phase information. In in-line phase contrast imaging, we also make use of this method. In this paper, we use computer to simulate x-ray Fresnel diffraction, and then use GS iterative algorithm and TIE algorithm to retrieve phase information. Finally we compare the retrieval effects and draw a guided conclusion for theory and application.
