Applications of particle swarm optimization (PSO) in the Layout of Vehicular Antenna

As the ever- increasing application of vehicular wireless electrical equipment, a variety of Antennas and the devices which function as Antenna will cause electromagnetic harassment. As the space of vehicular is limited, from EMC-design point of view, the design of optimization in the layout of vehicular antenna is particularly important. This paper, by choosing isolation as the main factor, is to establish the mathematical model on inter-antenna interference, and by appling particle swarm optimization (PSO) as examples to solve optimization, so as to arrive at optimal solution. The results show that particle swarm optimization (PSO) can be applied to optimization in the layout of vehicular antenna. Author Compared its optimal solution with the optimal solution derived from other optimization. Taking accuracy and efficiency into account, results show that particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a more novel and effective Method in the design of optimization in the layout of vehicular antenna.
