Degeneration Data Fusion and Processing in Performance Reliability Evaluation

摘要：

In order to making use of performance degeneration data adequately and effectively in performance reliability evaluation, this paper proposes a way of degeneration data treatment based on adaptive weight data fusion, gives the calculate formula of weight factors based on relevancy degree and the process of data treatment. At last taking a function circuit in the electronic product for example, shows the practicability of this method.
