Based on Ant Colony Algorithm Optimization of Surface Mount Order
Mount technology is the bottleneck of Mounter efficiency. In accordance with SMT productions actual needs, We have compiled a number of factors of SMT production efficiency, summarized the SMT system optimization the principle,and transformed the SMT sequential optimization problem into a TSP problem. We put forword MMAS, and qualitative analysis the relationship between the parameters and the final solution. Experiments were carried out on the JUKI-2020 Mounter, and achieved satisfactory results.
