Quantitative Calculation of Micro-magnetic Based on Ultrasonic Echo Compensation

Micro-magnetic measurement is a effectual method of rapid detecting micro-crack in equipment work, but the value of Micro-magnetic signal in crack quantitative calculation model (LMCQCM) depends on crack size and crack depth excessively. The coupling information of size and depth brings most difficulties to crack quantitative calculation. This paper proposed a method to crack quantitative calculation based on ultrasonic information compensation, resolving blind research of LMCQCM based on the information of crack depth and shape. When the method is applied to some kind of slot crack recognition and position, a satisfied result is shown.
